So it’s that time of year again and school in back in session….hooray!!! And there are the days that our kids think that we are the coolest moms ever!!! Those are the days when we pull out the box of Post Cocoa Pebbles or Fruity Pebbles to serve them up a bowl of our of childhood all-time favorite cereals. As much as we love a good ole’ bowl of cereal we were smitten to have the opportunity to create a super yummy treat that takes you beyond the bowl. Here, we have all of the details for this after school treat. We headed to Walgreens grabbed two boxes and and made these!!
Pudding Pebble Push Pops! Oh yeah…you heard it here first!!
Plus, who can resist a treat when it is served up like this??
Here is what you will need:
Post Cocoa or Fruity Pebble or BOTH
Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding or BOTH
Whipped Topping
Wooden Spoons (optional)
Push Pop Containers (optional)
Make your pudding as per the directions on the box
Portion your pudding into your desired serving container, next layer some cereal, then add a layer of whipped cream.
How about another layer of pudding and whipped cream? Sure!!
Then finish off with a sprinkle of Fruity or Coca Pebbles. Wanna get fancy? Garnish with a darling wooden spoon and a printable flag.
We popped these into a tin bucket of ice and they were ready to serve -OR- throw them into the
freezer and serve up as a tasty frozen treat!!
There you have it! A fun spin on a classic morning cereal!! Don’t have push pop containers? That’s ok…you can get them HERE or serve this treat of trifle style! Thanks for stopping by!!
