Ahhhhh!! How darling are these cookies??!!! When we tell you the two ingredients and no bake recipe for these tasty little gems…you will not believe it!! Wait for it, wait for it…TAH-DAH!!!
Yep!! White chocolate candy melts and Ritz Crackers, wait, whaaaaaat? Ok, the secret is out, we didn’t do any baking here…what you see is what you get and we promise they are quick, easy, and yummy!!! So here is what you’ll need to make your very own DIY Valentine’s Day Cookies
– Ritz Crackers
– White Chocolate Candy Melts (we used Ghiradelli Melting Wafers)
– Conversation Hearts & Assorted Sprinkles
Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 20 second increments on 1/2 power until the chocolate is completely melted. Next, dip one cracker at a time into the melted chocolate. Dip the top side first, then the bottom. Set onto a fork and tap off any excess chocolate and place onto some wax paper.
Before the chocolate sets, decorate your wafers with a variety of sprinkles and conversation hearts.
Once you have them decorated, give the chocolate a chance to harden. You can always pop them in the fridge for a few minutes to help them set.
Here they are!!! They are so yummy!! The buttery taste of the Ritz Crackers with the sweet vanilla white chocolate makes for a melt in your mouth combo!
Serve them as an after school snack or package them us for your kids to pass out at school for a class treat!
