So I have been on the hunt for the PERFECT pattern to put up on one wall in my dining room {nook}. Most of the wallpapers that I LOVE are a little out of my budget so I needed to find an alternative.
Now, being 6.5 months pregnant…the questions I ask myself…pay or paint? Well, this may be a situation that I pay for the splurge BUT…I am still feeling quite ambitious!??? Hmmm??? What will I do? Time will tell…until then check out these two AMAZING ways to implement visual interest to your walls without breaking the bank!
The SPLURGE – Decorative Wall Panels, Ballard Designs – Set of 2 $129.00

I like to use patterns in unexpected places like a closet, laundry room, ceiling, back of a bookcase-so fresh & fun!

Yes I have done a tone on tone large harlequin pattern. It turned out beautiful. The hard part is laying it out on the wall and matching it up to an adjacent wall!! Little tricky but I used Navajo white in satin and high gloss so where it wasn’t perfect no one could tell expect me of coarse. Can’t wait to see what you decide!

Well I am a penny pincher so I would say paint, but you can never go wrong with Ballard Design’s anything!
